For all return requests please email us at email@example.com. Please provide in subject title of email your order #. We will not refund orders unless we are first contacted, so we can access the problem and determine how best to handle it.
Sealed products within 14 days of receipt are eligible for refund less cost of actual shipping costs (this could be slightly higher or lower than what the customer has paid). We retain the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee if we feel circumstances warrant it.
For any damages or claims, please retain the shipment and packaging for inspection for a period of 30 days. Failure to retain the shipment and packing for inspection may result in the claim being denied.
All international sales, outside of Canada, are final and are under no circumstance eligible for refund.
Orders placed in error will be subject to a 5% fee in order to a process refund. This only applies to customer error. Any error on the part of Xtremeline.ca will carry no fee.
Note: Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
